His career spans senior-level roles in hospital administration, speciality care delivery, and team management, particularly in high-volume hospital departments. As Co-Founder & Chairperson cum MD of Vivekanand Healthcare, he guides the company’s strategic direction, ethics, and long-term mission.

Mr. VIVEKANAND SONI is a certified NABH & NABL Internal Auditor with 11+ years of hands-on experience in hospital operations, compliance, and healthcare quality systems. From managing patient safety and SOP gaps to driving full-scale NABH, NABL (ISO 15189 & 17025), and CAP accreditations — I’ve worked directly with institutions across India to build systems that don’t just pass audits, but sustain real quality.

Armed with an MHA, MBA in TQM, Certified NABH Mirgation 4th ,5th, 6th standard and pursuing a Ph.D. in Healthcare Quality — I believe real impact comes from ground-level execution, not paperwork alone.

Shivam Soni is a performance-focused healthcare operations and HR specialist, bringing expertise in managing backend systems, workforce planning, and organizational compliance. With a background in MHA and MBA (HR & Administration), he is skilled at streamlining processes such as payroll, statutory alignment, HRIS management, and staff performance tracking — ensuring smooth, audit-ready operations from start to finish.

Known for his structured approach, Shivam plays a key role in aligning backend systems with leadership strategy, enabling efficient inter-department coordination and timely execution. As COO of Vivekanand Healthcare Accred Solution Pvt. Ltd., he oversees project operations, resource deployment, and internal process control across all active engagements.
