Position Overview – Client Relationship Manager (CRM) / Marketing Manager / Hospital Relationship Manager 

As a Marketing management expert at VHASPL, you will act as the primary liaison between healthcare institutions and our consultancy services. You will drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and support hospitals, diagnostic centers, and educational institutions in achieving NABH, NABL, JCI, ISO, and other accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and onboard prospective clients including hospitals, labs, clinics, and diagnostic centers

• Promote and explain healthcare accreditation services (NABH, NABL, JCI, ISO)

• Manage full client lifecycle: lead generation, deal closure, onboarding, and relationship nurturing

• Collaborate with internal quality consultants and trainers for smooth project execution

• Track client satisfaction, referrals, and renewal opportunities

• Stay updated with accreditation standards, compliance trends, and healthcare industry developments

• Maintain accurate reporting of leads, follow-ups, closures, and commissions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, or client relationship management

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, accreditation, or consultancy preferred

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of NABH, NABL, JCI, or ISO processes is a strong advantage

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Master’s Degree (Optional): MBA with Marketing or CRM specialization

• CRM-Specific Courses: Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software certifications are desirable
